Tina Abernathy boasts a rich tapestry of personal and professional accomplishments spanning over three decades. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from Southeast Missouri State, she embarked on a distinguished career trajectory that saw her rise to the role of Senior Claim Adjuster at State Farm Insurance Company. During her tenure, she demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and was earmarked for a managerial position before she heeded a higher calling.
Over two decades ago, Tina, alongside her husband Raymond, spearheaded the establishment of a comprehensive leadership, personal development, and financial company that transformed into a mobile platform called Starfish. Their entrepreneurial endeavors flourished, affording Tina the opportunity to transition from the corporate sphere to focus on her role as a devoted wife, mother to her three cherished children, and astute businesswoman. Coined with passion and purpose, Tina introduced the term “FirstWifeMompreneur" to encapsulate her commitment to supporting her husband, nurturing her children while managing a thriving online enterprise.

Her expertise extends beyond the realms of business, as evidenced by her notable contributions to the self-development genre through acclaimed audio recordings and empowering presentations. Notably, her signature program, "Fully Alive and Fully Engaged," offers invaluable insights aimed at empowering women to realize their full potential across various facets of life. Additionally, Tina co-authored the enlightening book, "Proverbs 31: Virtuous Woman in Business," underscoring her dedication to championing interdependent womanhood.
Tina's influence transcends borders, as she has been sought after to deliver keynote addresses on faith, family, finances, and leadership to audiences across the United States, Bahamas, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Through her unwavering commitment to education, Tina recently earned a Doctorate Degree in Religious Education from the United Theological Seminary.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tina finds solace in indulging in her passions for literature, culinary arts, and collaborative business ventures with her husband of thirty plus years.
Grounded in her faith and propelled by her mission to empower the next generation of women, Tina remains steadfast in her pursuit of excellence, equipping and encouraging young women and girls to embrace their God-given potential and lead lives of significance. Tina passionately serves along side her husband/pastor at the historic Union Baptist Church of Chesterfield where she leads a powerful women's ministry called (W.I.N.G.S.) Women In God's Service.
